Practice Leader

Enrique C. Briito, CFA, CVA, CM&AA

Mr. Brito has more than 20 years of investment banking and corporate finance experience involving transactions in the U.S. and Latin America. Previously, he was practice leader of Corporate Advisory Services at Tatum, an executive advisory firm in Washington DC. Earlier, he was a partner and Senior Managing Director at The McLean Group, a national investment bank headquartered in Washington DC and Director of Corporate Finance with Lockheed Martin in Bethesda, Maryland.

On behalf of several national organizations, he lectures on M&A, negotiation and valuation topics (named Instructor of Great and Exceptional Distinction from 2003 to 2017) and is a regular contributor to business publications and speaker at national conferences on M&A and negotiation topics.

Mr. Brito holds an MBA from American University and a BS degree in Systems Engineering from the University of Florida. He also holds professional credentials as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) and Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA).
